Can I Get A Quote?

Our website displays the total cost for all items up to 2,000 units. There are no additional charges beyond what we display during the ordering process, aside from tax and shipping cost if applicable. For orders over 2,000 units please contact our sales team at info@rodinkpd.com

Can I See A Proof Before Ordering?

We will send you a digital proof with cutlines and final artwork for you to approve before you confirm your order for printing.

Where Is My Order?

Typical orders take 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday) to print, after proof approval.

How can I cancel an order?

If your order has not already been printed, you can contact us by filling out our contact form or sending an e-mail directly to info@rodinkpd.com.

If your e-mail is received before the production has started, we will issue a refund and cancel this order. However, we print all orders placed before noon by the same-day, so we recommend double-checking without submitting orders to ensure that this process goes as smoothly as possible.
